An interesting afternoon at Retford, ECML.

An interesting afternoon was spent at Retford on June 19th. The first clip shows an HST rushing past and overtaking a Hull Trains class 180. HST's were seen from Virgin East Coast, Grand Central and East Midland Trains (very unusual). GBRF and Freightliner provided freight activity, and West Coast Railways empty coaching stock on its' way to Norwich was pulled into platform 1 to allow other expresses to pass. A delay further south then caused several trains to have to run through very slowly on the fast line. EDITING APOLOGY! Sorry, just realised that I have got the EMT HST in the video twice - still, it's rare enough to have a second look!
