Chasing the reborn Simpson Railroad 02/19/2010

Four locations on the reborn Simpson Railroad. Scene One is at MP 2 near Cascade Materials. The first morning train is returning from Mill 5 at 8:30 AM with fresh lumber loads at the bridge over Goldsborough Creek by the fish dam. A couple hours later at MP 4.3 a log train chugs uphill next to the creek at a place where Simpson payed out $80,000 to repair a wash-away. The return of this train is documented at Hanks Lake road and later in Shelton at the US 101 overpass.
