This stream definitely did NOT go according to plan 😭 The original plan was simple: hit the gym, do some challenges, then head home and bake something healthy with you guys. Instead… the gym portion ended with me getting hit in the face, a pretty bad facial injury, and 6 HOURS in the ER 🫠 Safe to say we never made it to the baking portion. Definitely one of the craziest and scariest things that’s happened to me on stream. I’m doing okay and recovering, but this was a reminder that things can change VERY quickly.
