Murree Expressway to F-10 Markaz Islamabad

The CDA has recently removed traffic signal lights along its entire stretch. Currently, efforts are being made to significantly enhance the highway’s aesthetics. One of the most prominent features on this route is the Peshawar Mor interchange, the largest on the highway. In addition to Peshawar Mor, there are at least seven other major interchanges along Srinagar Highway. The most recent one, completed not long ago, is called Jinnah Square. A beautifully designed underpass has also been constructed where the highway intersects with Murree Road. Murree Road, which leads to Azad Kashmir, is another key route. To bypass the heavy traffic and congestion in Bara Kahu, the Bara Kahu Bypass has been built. Notably, Murree Road splits into two sections at the 17th Mile. The straight path leads to the old Murree Road, while the Murree Expressway begins on the right. The expressway is a true engineering marvel, winding through picturesque valleys as it heads towards Lower Topa. Beyond this point, the road continues directly to Azad Kashmir, while to the left, it branches off towards Murree city.
