Solo Montana Bushcraft Shelter Rebuild | Thermal Upgrade

I headed back into the woods to revisit an old shelter I'd built in the snow. Time and weather changes had taken their toll, so I spent the day rebuilding and upgrading it. I added mylar thermal blankets to the back and top for insulation, plus a clear plastic drop down wall to help reflect and hold the fire's heat throughout the night. After all the work was done, I settled in next to the fire for a relaxing evening. Cooked up a classic hobo dinner—hamburger meat, potatoes, and beans over the fire. Nothing beats that combination after a hard day's work in the woods. Join as Daylen tells of an encounter with a bear inside a dry creek bed, that had him ski-doodling out of the area for his life. **That happened while filming a previous video. ** It was a peaceful night out there, and I'm glad I could share it with you.
