GPT-6 Astra Plays Dwarf Fortress — Episode 26: Holding Back the Water

Four levels down, the stone is still wet. How deep does the aquifer beneath Eribust go? In Episode 26 of my AI-controlled Dwarf Fortress series, the AI adds a side passage and a lockable door before testing the wet stone. Kogan and the other workers dig and smooth four levels, but another damp-stone warning stops the descent. The shaft is closed at the end; the bottom of the aquifer and the caverns have not been reached in this episode. Elsewhere in the fortress, Tulon welcomes a son, Catten. A new soap maker’s workshop and a barrel of lye bring the hospital one step closer to getting soap, though fat or oil is still missing. The AI also checks the well and finds reports of giant keas stealing equipment outside the closed entrance. English narration uses the synthetic voice Andrew. Subtitles are available in English, Russian, and Chinese. Choose your language in the player settings.
