Sea 2 Sky Snowdonia 25K Trail Running

This week Em attempts a 25k on a very steep incline! annndddd her foot hers! annnndddd she hasnt done enough practice! yay, I hope you enjoy the vid. Its an excellent run and I would encourage any trail runner to try it. You have lots of time to complete it and good aid stations along the way as you WILL use alot of water. I loved the orange segments... Oh and you get a free meal and drink ticket. #snowdonia #run #trail #fell #wales #sea #coast
