Meals this week inc. traditional dessert

Love these meals. I make a traditional English pudding with a nice chicken in bread crumbs roast and using up items in my food cupboard. Check out google for the bread butter pudding was 7 slices of bread buttered, raisins then 350ml full fat milk, 50ml double cream, 25g sugar, 2 large eggs and dash of cinnamon. Bake once left for bread to soak for 15 to 20 mins for 27mins Or so on 180.
