2 vs 2 and crossing - Handball exercises

Inspiration for your Handball training. In April, I participated in a super inspiring coaching course with Stefan Madsen Head coach in "Aalborg Håndbold" and former Danish Youth national coach Claus Hansen. Next year to train "Skjern Håndbold". Stefan Madsen focused on exercises that train 2 against 2 situations in handball. Claus Hansen focused on cross-plays.
