You guys picked my breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I'll provide vegan recipes for what I make! Hope you enjoy :) Vegan Chocolate Pudding Parfait Recipe This is all just approximates because you adjust the amount of cacao, agave, and yogurt to make it taste the way you want. It's more like chocolate yogurt than pudding but it's So delicious when combined with fresh fruit and granola! 1/2 cup vegan yogurt, I used unsweetened plain Kite Hill yogurt 1.5 - 2 tbsp cacao powder agave to taste, I probably used a tbsp or so Whisk until very well combined and top with your favorite vegan granola and lots of fresh fruits. Side note: Summer time is a GREAT time to check out your local farmers market. Berries, peaches, nectarines, cherries, and melons are in season right now and I'm telling you, nothing make eating healthy easier than getting flavorful delicious produce that's locally grown and in season. SUCH a game changer :) If this inspires you to go to your local market, comment below and tell me what you got! Vegan Red Curry Recipe: https://bit.ly/2umNQqT I followed Nisha's recipe but used a little less tamari and added sriracha and a tiny bit of agave. I also used potatoes instead of ramen but rice, ramen, potatoes, quinoa, are ll great options for this versatile recipe.
