Blue Co: The blue economy co investment platform

The event will bring together high-level stakeholders to discuss the importance of sustainable oceans in the context of climate change and showcase “Blue Co”, a transformative co-investment platform that GCF has been leading on the blue economy. As the world’s largest dedicated climate fund, GCF is uniquely positioned to set up a co-investment platform that would allow various stakeholders such as development partners, philanthropies, and the private sector to co-invest at scale in both climate and the blue economy especially focusing on SIDS.
