Overcoming the Christian’s Struggle of Prayer - Ephesians 6:18

Video Title: Overcoming the Christian’s Struggle of Prayer Date: 16th September 2026 Midweek Sermon Preacher: Pastor Dia Moodley 🙏 Welcome to Spirit of Life Church! We’re delighted that you’re joining us. As a Reformed Baptist fellowship devoted to biblical teaching, we continually seek to grow together in faith and holiness. Todays sermon "Overcoming the Christian’s Struggle of Prayer" was preached by Pastor Dia Moodley based on Ephesians 6:18, it is a continuation of last Wednesday sermon "The Struggles of Christian Prayer Life". As part of today's sermon Pastor Dia expounded the test in Ephesians 6:18 explaining how we overcome the struggles in Christian's prayer in three points - overcoming by perseverance, overcoming by the help of the Holy Spirit and overcoming by overcoming the self centeredness. The church needs men and women who pray in the Holy spirit. We ask God for the fresh renewing of the spirit to cause us to pray in the Spirit. The text references used in the sermon are Ephesians 6:18 and Jude 20 📖 We encourage you to follow along with your Bible as we look deeply at our calling to be distinct as God’s people—separated from the world, but always reflecting Christ in our conduct. 🔥 If you have been challenged today about your own separation from the world and your commitment to Christ, may this message be a catalyst for greater devotion. Spirit of Life Church is dedicated to equipping believers to live out the truths of Scripture with conviction and grace. ⛪ If you are nearby, you are welcome to join our services and weekly studies where we worship, learn, and support each other as one body in Christ. Our desire is to see every member growing in biblical knowledge and practical Christianity. 💬 What part of this teaching encouraged or convicted you? Share your reflections in the comments.
