Kemi Moto Saddlebag Falling Apart

Barely 3 months of use on my Kemi Moto Saddlebag and it is shredding itself. Strap has pulled apart the seam on one of my bags. Nylong around the strap is shredding into strips. Sending it back for a refund. Only carry 10lbs in it and it has shredded itself already. One of the last few warm days of fall. Colder next week. Quick tour of my Navi and tach modification.
