1974-What's My Line? (Last Program Taped)

-The end of a 25 year era on CBS and in syndication as this was the last episode of "What's My Line?" taped for the 1974-75 season. When not enough renewals from stations came in, the show was quietly cancelled. Host Larry Blyden was subsequently killed in June 1975 just after he'd signed on to host a new game show for ABC, "Showoffs". -Shari Lewis is the Mystery Guest. And a decision to squeeze in a final contestant ends up running so long that the show doesn't have a proper goodbye ending (you can hear host Blyden getting confused off-camera as the end credits start to roll). -Panelists for the final show were Soupy Sales, Anita Gillette, Henry Morgan and Arlene Francis (who had been with the show since it's second broadcast on CBS in 1950).
