How often have you had your day ruined by the sight of a dying bonsai? For me, every year is the answer. In today’s episode, I take you through a number of trees that have classic signs of dehydration and then show you what I do to keep them going. I also talk about powdery mildew and take you through an emergency repot of my hornbeam. In addition, apologies for an editing slip which gives you the brief joy of my elderly backside! Part Two will take you through the pruning process on the Corkbark Elm and Fuji Cherry. But you will have to wait until after the next part of my bonsai count series.
