Early February Railfanning - Restricted Speed Manifests & More

Dittmar had a rare occurrence of horns in a no-horn zone. Speed restrictions were in place with the breakdown of UP 6913 on the siding from a few nights prior (soon to be moved that day, February 10th), and speed restrictions meant low speeds and horns. It made a typically quiet neighborhood all the livelier. A few days later, passing through Buda for lunch after meeting a fellow train club member outside of Austin, we had lit signals at Houston Street and plenty of hoppers coming. Later I stopped by Dittmar before heading home about 30 minutes later, and noticed that same train was sitting in the siding; maintenance on MOPAC had delayed trains until about 5:10pm. Finally, today, a random chance catch with some interesting CSX and Conrail boxcars.
