IPLC: Working with Complex/Chronic Care Diagnoses

HAP’s Lynda P. Bollman Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care Program and Southern Illinois University Medicine have teamed up to offer a Pediatric Learning Collaborative to any professional working or interested in working within the Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care space. These education sessions hope to assist in your professional development, service delivery, and network of colleagues. Therefore, the intent of this learning series is to fill the gap in pediatric hospice and palliative care education, while creating a networking opportunity for Illinois practitioners. Lurie Children's Hospice of Chicago, where she completed her pediatrics residency after earning her MD from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
