Crosscut Saw by Albert King Lesson by Johnny Burgin BY REQUEST

Some songs you just gotta learn RIGHT as well as you can. This is Albert at his most concise and hard-hitting. This showcases his elegant, soaring bends that land with the force of a sledgehammer. I really like how he plays often slowly and always decisively-- there is always a logic to his solos while they still sound spontaneous. Have fun learning or reviewing the classic "Crosscut Saw" from 1966 on Stax Records.
