Rich, dark, and packed with chocolate flavor. These homemade Dark Chocolate Muffins are everything a chocolate lover wants in a bakery-style muffin: a moist, tender crumb, deep cocoa flavor, and pockets of melted dark chocolate in every bite.
Made with sour cream for extra moisture and hot coffee to bring out the chocolate, this easy recipe creates a batch of indulgent muffins perfect for breakfast, an afternoon treat, or whenever a chocolate craving hits.
In this Coal & Crumb recipe, I'm making a full batch of 24 dark chocolate muffins with a simple mixing method and a few techniques to help you get consistent, bakery-style results at home.
