Rue Denoyez, in Belleville, has long been one of the most active street art locations in Paris. Since the 1980s, artists have continuously painted and repainted its walls, turning the entire street into a constantly evolving surface. What you see today may be gone tomorrow. In this walk, we move slowly along the street, focusing on details — layers of paint, overlapping styles, stencil work, tags, and mixed media — and how this small alley became one of the city’s most recognized graffiti spots. Rue Denoyez is not preserved. It is in permanent transition.
