I spent 72 hours exploring Montreal and Ottawa solo — two of Canada's most underrated cities, packed into one long weekend. From the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal and the skyline views atop Mount Royal, to Parliament Hill and downtown Ottawa, this is everything I saw, ate, and explored on my own. Montreal gets called "North America's Most European City" for a reason — the architecture, the food, the whole vibe feels like it was airlifted straight out of Europe. Ottawa brought a totally different energy: government buildings, canals, and a slower, more local pace.
