A Day of a Seasonal Yoga & Fitness Instructor in Greece

Here’s a little glimpse into a day as a seasonal yoga teacher & fitness instructor. Hope this helps! Mind you, just because it’s a seasonal job, doesn’t mean that I rest the rest of the year. I work. Which is why this isn’t a very sustainable way to work as a yoga teacher. Burnout is guaranteed. One of the best things that came out of this job though is connecting with other yoga teachers who’re going through the same experience.
