Welcome to a pretty remote part of South Sulawesi in Indonesia. This part of Indonesia rarely sees foreign tourists, mostly because it is not easy to reach and also not very well known. We start our day off with a coffee in Bira watching the waves hit the beach. Then we take off on a boat to explore Liukang Loe island, which is a truly beautiful place with amazing snorkeling opportunities. Along the way we also went in the water and got to swim with a turtle!!! Certainly a highlight for us. Then after the island we bring you all on a tour of Bira with our scooter, and show you a proper local warung that serves up some of the freshest fish in Sulawesi.
