The Hot Spot, Limelight and Highlife Hot Spring models all have this feature. Hot tubs have spa lock to prevent settings from being changed—by children or by accident. When activated, you won’t be able to normally use your panel. Sometimes it gets activated by accident and that’s when we get the calls.
