Nel 1992 François Mikulski, insieme alla moglie Marie-Pierre, fonda la sua cantina a Meursault: con radici tra Polonia e Borgogna, sceglie questa terra come casa. Il domaine adotta un approccio naturale, sia nella conduzione dei vigneti che nelle pratiche di cantina, con l’obiettivo di esaltare la purezza dello Chardonnay. Oggi in questo percorso François è affiancato dalla figlia Anna e dal genero, Thomas Boccon, che porta avanti con passione e continuità la filosofia della famiglia. — In 1992, François Mikulski, together with his wife Marie-Pierre, founded his winery in Meursault. With roots between Poland and Burgundy, he chose this land as home. The domaine embraces a natural approach, both in vineyard management and in cellar practices, with the aim of enhancing the purity of Chardonnay.
