Otis lift SL2 at Waterway Point

For 4.5 years, this lift had not been working, simply sitting idle on level 2. BCA records also showed that this lift had no PTO, and sometime in 2021 they put barricades in front of the landing doors on every floor. From there I thought it would never run again, and Frasers was just keeping it as a white elephant. However, on this night, I walked up to the lobby expecting to see the same old sight, and just wanted to check which of the other lifts were working. To see this lift finally running again took me by surprise, and I just had to film it. Unsurprisingly runs better than the other lifts in the set, but apparent issues such as the dislodged COP still need rectification.
