LET THE LITTLE CHILDREN COME TO ME [Matthew 19:13-14] Day 13 of 40 DAYS OF PRAYER FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE KINGDOM "Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence." [Matthew 19:13-14] "Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven." [Matthew 18:3-4] Jesus LOVES children. He said TO SUCH belongs the Kingdom of Heaven. He stopped everything, laid hands on them, and PRAYED FOR THEM. PRAYER FOCUS FOR DAY 13: We are praying CHILDREN ALL ACROSS THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD into the Kingdom of God. That children everywhere would: 1. HEAR the message of the Kingdom 2. UNDERSTAND the message of the Kingdom 3. COME INTO THE KINGDOM in their childhood stage Because childhood is the BEST TIME to receive the message of the Kingdom. When a child comes to Jesus early, their whole life is established on the Kingdom. Let us contend in prayer that a generation of children would rise up knowing Jesus, walking in the Kingdom, and becoming the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. The Kingdom of God is RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE, AND JOY IN THE HOLY GHOST! [Romans 14:17] And it belongs to the children.
