This film tells the story behind the creative and manufacturing process undertaken to create The Swan at Lavenham’s afternoon tea crockery. The crockery itself depicts a collection of stories from the hotel’s long-standing history. From its strong connection to the US Air Force, RAF and Army during World War II to famous visitors such as Dolly Parton. The 15th century hotel is situated within the tudor village of Lavenham, which is a preserved medieval wool town and named among one the best and prettiest places to visit in the UK.
