Yeast cake filled with sweet cheese in the shape of beautiful roses 😍 The recipe is similar to the recipe of the cheeses in a beautiful and innovative way 🤩 The cake comes out very soft and its taste is so amazing and you can't say no to another bite 😂 🎉 Sign up for this channel (for free😍) -    / @sivanfoodcorner   ⭐ My measuring cup is 250 ml and it is equal to a disposable cup for hot drinks :) Full recipe: For the yeast dough: (you can make it in a mixer or in a regular bowl and knead by hand for about 8 minutes, you get one round yeast cake) A cup and three quarters of white flour - 245 grams A third of a tablespoon of dry yeast (about 3.33 grams) A quarter cup of canola oil - 60 ml 4 tablespoons of white sugar - 60 grams Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract - 2.5 ml Half an L-sized egg (keep the remaining half for brushing the cake before the oven) A third of a cup of warm milk (put only as needed!! And not everything straight away! - heat in the microwave for half a minute) - 80 ml For the sweet cheese filling: A package of good tasting cheese 250 grams 2 tablespoons of white cheese 2 tablespoons of white sugar - 30 grams 2 heaping spoons of instant vanilla pudding 2 heaping tablespoons of cornflour 1 whole L-sized egg A handful of raisins (optional and you can replace them with something else and you can leave nothing) Before putting in the oven: Half an egg that we saved from the dough Maple syrup sliced almonds (optional) Preparation: 1. Put the flour, yeast, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract in the mixer bowl or in a regular bowl to knead by hand. Break in a glass and mix an egg L. Pour only half of it into the dough! Turn on the mixer for half a minute with a kneading hook to mix the ingredients. After that add a third of a cup of warm milk gradually!! Add 2 or 3 tablespoons and if the dough is dry, keep adding more until the dough is flexible. If the dough is wet, add some flour and continue kneading. (a total of 8 minutes of kneading in a mixer or by hand) 2. Form the dough into a round ball shape, flour the bowl a little and return the dough. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap to rise for an hour and a half or two hours in the winter. The dough doesn't rise that much and that's how it should be! 3. When the dough has finished its rising time, prepare the cheese filling. Mix all the ingredients listed above in a bowl and mix. 4. Remove the dough from the bowl and transfer to a floured marble or floured baking paper. With a rolling pin and lightly floured dough, roll the dough into a sheet as large and thin as possible. If it seems that it cannot be rolled anymore, flour the dough on both sides and continue rolling. 5. Flour the dough on both sides to make sure it doesn't stick when we want to roll it, then spread all the cheese filling on top. Create an even and thin layer of the cheese on the entire dough and leave clean edges so that the cheese does not fall off when rolling. 6. Roll the dough into a roll. Roll in baking paper and put in the freezer for half an hour. Take out, cut into thick circles and place in a circular shape in a 26 diameter round pan or larger if you have one (a pan lined with baking paper or greased). If you run out of space in the pan, you can bake in a separate pan. 7. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 45 minutes to an hour! Otherwise the dough is not baked in the oven! 8. Brush all the roses with half the remaining egg from the dough. Drizzle generously with maple syrup and sprinkle with sliced almonds if you like (for decoration). 9. Put it in the oven in normal mode, upper band, lower band, and not turbo, 180 degrees for half an hour to 45 minutes. Allow the cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. The pastry is ready! (keep in the fridge and recommend reheating a little before serving) Now it's your turn to help me! 🙏 Write a comment or even a smiling smiley 😊 It will really help me promote the video! ⭐ For business inquiries you can contact this address: sivanskitchen@gmail.com ⭐ Share your photos with me: By email: sivanskitchen@gmail.com On Instagram:   / sivan_food_place   On Facebook: https://cutt.ly/LbdfBOd
