Ambient Music | Mournth | Ivory Keep Vol. 4

Ambient music for a long nocturnal sit: one still Mournth heir under moon-keyed quiet, gothic piano held with orchestra. This hour is ambient music for rooms that stay dark. A pale heir of Mournth rests against a night rail while gothic orchestral piano music carries the hour without voice or lyric. The register is grand and doomed, the same aristocratic hush that belongs to fantasy ambience when the keep is closed and the city is only a flat mass beyond the stone. Put it on for writing after midnight, for study that should not hurry, or for sleep that still wants a courtly line in the air. The piece does not climb or resolve; it holds one mood the way the portrait holds one face. Ambience here is the long piano figure and the low strings, not a story and not a tour of rooms. Ivory Keep keeps the same figure and the same nocturnal cloth from volume to volume. This one is moon-sided rather than flame-sided, lace and damask catching a cooler edge, gold still the single bright point on the hand. Fantasy music in this house means the orchestra stays behind the piano and never crowds the stare. 0:00:00 Alabaster Clerestory Vigil 0:02:39 Amber Chantry Still 0:05:13 Ashen Parvis Echo 0:08:41 Basalt Campanile Watch 0:12:00 Bone Aumbry Recess 0:15:14 Bronze Lectern Hour 0:18:38 Carmine Sanctuary Drift 0:21:47 Cinder Westwork Silence 0:24:51 Cobalt Oculus Watch 0:27:58 Copper Pinnacle Vigil 0:31:09 Fallow Lady Chapel 0:34:03 Graphite Corbel Chamber 0:37:18 Hoarfrost Fan Vault 0:40:29 Jade Lavabo Still 0:43:15 Livid Archivolt Echo 0:46:36 Mist Oriel Recess 0:49:50 Opal Cupola Hour 0:52:27 Pitch Colonnade Drift 0:55:35 Alabaster Clerestory Vigil 0:58:15 Amber Chantry Still #ambientmusic #gothicorchestralpianomusic #ivorykeep
