How to use Mehron Metalic Powders with Mixing Liquid

I'm Madam Eileen a CBA certified Balloon Artist and Face Painter. Comment below: Did you try it? I got some Mehron Metalic Silver powder by accident. I've used it dry and have used it on a water filled brushes and never got the effect I was looking for. Then I was introduced to Mehron mixing liquid and the way I use my powders have completely changed and when applied, it looks exactly as I wanted it to. Here is my adventure today.
