Jane Austen Festival Bath 2017 - Promenade

The annual Promenade through the streets of Bath. This year there were around 550 people in Regency costume taking part in the parade. I'm afraid it's mainly people in the first half of the promenade, until the clips from the Parade Gardens (at 4:18).
