Check-in with my client

In this coaching session, the client shares her journey of learning to speak up for herself rather than holding on to her feelings or the weight of others’ experiences. We explore the importance of establishing a self-care routine, strengthening her relationship with God, and embracing personal growth. Through her involvement with Living Life Legacy, she has also found an additional layer of support, connection, and encouragement by hearing other women’s testimonies and experiencing their honesty, vulnerability, and shared journeys. This session is a reminder that growth happens when we find our voice, prioritize ourselves, strengthen our faith, and surround ourselves with a supportive community. Your voice matters.
