I gave Fable one job before it goes back behind the paywall on July 12th: run the prompt everybody's been passing around, the big upvoted one that builds a skill library so cheaper models can carry your projects forward. Instead of grinding through it, Fable read one sentence buried in that prompt ("use multi-agent orchestration") and hired seven of its own subagents to do the work.
That delegation trick doesn't leave with the model. It's a file. In this video I show you the part you keep, build it live on Opus, and hand you my copy:
• What a model is actually doing when it spawns subagents (writing job descriptions)
• Why every "make Opus act like Fable" trick works: skill files, effort levels, and routing tables are all written briefs
• The one folder in Claude Code that turns delegation on: .claude/agents
• Building a subagent job description live, with zero code in it
• The A/B that surprised me: one plain agent beat my fan-out, and the rule for when to delegate
• The honest bottleneck nobody puts in the thumbnail: reviewing what comes back

Drop the first subagent you'd define in the comments. The name and its one-line job description. I'll tell you if I'd give it the job.
