Step by step Re-Jetting & Modifying the Airbox on 750 Nighthawk, Test ride & Review. 100% Worth it..

Finally pulled the trigger and cut out the intake on the stock airbox. It was so choked before! You can watch as i take off the carbs and the entire process including the airbox, jets etc. Changed the stock 112 size Main jetting to a 120 main Jet size. Also rolled the dice and switched to size 38 pilot jet from the stock size 35 pilot. Was skeptical that I might have gone too rich but it is 20% better off idle to redline. I recommend this to anyone that lives 2000ft above sea level or lower. Especially if you have an exhaust and high flow filter or similar mod to the airbox. After finishing i went out with my wife and the bike has such a difference in power with 2 people on it. It went from lifeless and unenjoyable with 1 up to more than manageable. The airbox also makes great noise you can hear while riding that is lovely and not too loud or overwhelming to the ride. 10/10 recommend. Let me know if you have any questions
