DOMINATE. DRAW. REPEAT. Arsenal Women Have a Serious Problem!

Another home game, another draw. 😩 Arsenal Women dominated possession and territory against Aston Villa, but once again we fail to turn that dominance into the three points we desperately need. That's now FOUR HOME DRAWS IN A ROW — a seriously frustrating pattern. Aston Villa only needed one counter-attack and one shot to take a point away from the Emirates. Meanwhile, Arsenal are left wondering how another dominant performance has ended without a win. And then there's the team selection and tactics. Why is Alessia Russo still being played out of position? Why are several other players also being used in roles that don't get the best out of them? In today's match reaction, I'm discussing: 🔴 Another frustrating home draw for Arsenal Women 🔴 Four consecutive home draws — what's going wrong? 🔴 Dominance without the goals or the result 🔴 Renee Slegers' tactical decisions and the continued use of Russo out of position 🔴 Where do Arsenal go from here? What do YOU think, Gooners? Are these results down to tactical decisions, a lack of clinical finishing, or something deeper? And do you agree that Russo needs to be playing in her natural position?
