GOOD SERVICE? | Barcelona - Bogota [ BCN - BOG ] | Avianca Boeing 787-8 DREAMLINER

Hello everybody! On my flight from Barcelona to Bogotá, I boarded the plane with many expectations. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by Avianca. Outside of meal-times, no drinks were given away. Is this normal? Feel free to share your experiences in the comments.
