Fabricating Floor Pan Swage Beads & Joggle Without a Bead Roller | AMC Javelin (No Talking... kinda)

In this episode I make the swage beads, form the fold for the inner rocker then add the joggle line, all without a bead roller. Just some timber, basic tools and a fair bit of hammering. I’m no professional fabricator or mechanic, so grab akick back and relax while I figure it out as I go. Special guest appearance from my daughter. Once the panel is finished, I cut out the rusty original floor pan. There’s a lot more work around the rockers than I first anticipated, so I’ll leave that for the next episode. One patch at a time.
