Serving Without Losing Your Soul | Favor Omakwu-Ademokoya

What if following Jesus was never meant to erase who you are? Sometimes, in our desire to serve God well, we can become so focused on appearing spiritual that we lose touch with genuine communion with Him. We learn to perform spirituality instead of actually living in relationship with God. But God isn't asking you to become someone else. He wants to transform the real you. This message explores the difference between transformation and performance, and what it means to follow Jesus wholeheartedly without losing your personality, humanity, creativity, or authenticity. Obedience, not imitation. Faithfulness, not performance. Communion, not image management. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others…” — 1 Peter 4:10 God doesn't erase your uniqueness. He redeems it. #ServingGod #ChristianLife #SpiritualGrowth #Discipleship #Faith
