Grilled Artichoke on Weber Kettle | Grilled Artichoke Recipe

In this video we show you how to grill artichokes on a weber kettle grill, but the same method could be used on other charcoal or gas grills. I've never been a fan of boiled soggy artichokes and wanted to come up with another method. The combination of the crispy leaves, tender flesh, and smoke flavoring goes well with the garlic and rosemary butter that it's covered in.
