In this video, we explore the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Pattern, a vital bridge between AI autonomy and human oversight within the AgentGrid ecosystem. As we build the Open Agentic Web, ensuring that agents can pause, consult, and verify decisions with users is critical for trust and accuracy. We demonstrate how the Human-In-Loop Service (HIS) package from AgentGrid seamlessly integrates human intervention into complex agentic flows. Using a Movie Booking scenario as our primary example, we show how agents: Analyze Context: Scrutinize user calendars, past history, and personal tastes to find the perfect film and showtime. Propose & Consult: Instead of booking blindly, the agent presents the best options to the user via the HIS. Finalize: The workflow only proceeds to the booking stage once the human provides the final green light.
