With an axle load of ≤ 10 t and a gross weight of ≤ 38.5 t, the MK 88-4.2E mobile construction crane offers maximum flexibility for operation worldwide and can reach sites that were previously difficult or even impossible to access. Thanks to the optional self-ballasting system, the crane can install its basic and additional ballast without the need for an auxiliary crane. The crane is also optionally available with electro-hydraulic supporting and ballasting, providing greater flexibility for operations in urban areas. The crane can be operated using power from the construction site or an external battery power pack. This means that the crane drive produces no direct CO₂ emissions at the job site.
