Aaron Rosand plays the Bach Chaconne from "An Evening at Bel Eden"

This is one of the finest recordings ever made of the Bach Chaconne IMHO. Aaron Rosand played this magnificent work at the Bel Eden mansion in the early 1980s. I am surprised this beautiful recital by Aaron Rosand and John Covelli at Bel Eden has not been re-issued in DVD format. Given current editing techniques and using master tapes, the picture and sound should be better than my final restoration of the out-of-print VHS tape. I would urge, who ever holds the copyright to this video, to re-issue "An Evening at Bel Eden" in DVD format soon. R. B. Prior
