Livin' Like Locals: Cooking in Thailand

What better way to experience Thailand than shopping at a local market and then learning to cook some of our favorite Thai dishes? 🇹🇭 Our stay at the Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort continues as we explore a local food market in Northern Thailand, sample local teas and ingredients, visit with locals, tour the resort’s gardens, and then put everything together in a Thai cooking class. On the menu: Tom Yum soup and mango sticky rice—which had quickly become one of Todd’s favorite foods in the world. Add in a spa treatment, cocktails, an incredible dinner and elephants wandering past our room in the morning, and life at Anantara was starting to feel a little like our own real-life White Lotus.
