De concerten van Stichting Bachcantates Tilburg doen een groot beroep op de musici. De gezamenlijke voorbereiding is minimaal. De werkwijze is dat op de middag van de uitvoering er één repetitie is van koor, solisten en orkest. Als er instrumentale werken staan geprogrammeerd, dan worden deze ook alleen dan gespeeld. Het koor repeteert ook nog op de dag voorafgaande aan de uitvoering. The concerts of Stichting Bachcantates Tilburg (Foundation for the performance of Bach's Cantates in Tilburg) ask a lot of the musicians. Each concert has a minimum in collective preparation. There is only one rehearsal of choir, soloists and orchestra, in the afternoon on which the concert will be held. If any instrumental works have been programmed, these will be played only then as well. The choir also rehearses on the day before the concert.
