This Is How You Create A Successful Scouting Report

As coaches, one of the most important duties we have is to prepare our players for games. One of the most influential ways to do that is by having a detailed scouting report that is easy to follow, and gives confidence to your players. The problem is, there aren't a lot of resources out there that teach coaches HOW to put together a scouting report, or even how to study a team when they watch film. In this video, I walk through my process step by step to help you see what systems and perspectives I take when creating a scouting report. There's no "correct way" to prepare for an opponent, but the goal of this video is to give you at least one tool, that you can use to become more effective and efficient with your time. Good luck!
