Why I Love Living in the Iranian Countryside | Fresh Bread & Cooking & Studying in Nature

Join me for a simple day of homemade Iranian food in the countryside. We start the morning with fresh barbari bread, cream, and honey. Later, I pick ripe figs from our garden and make homemade fig jam. For lunch, my younger sister and I prepare saffron rice with chicken using rice grown in our own fields. These small moments—cooking together, using fresh ingredients, and sharing a meal at home—are some of my favorite parts of everyday life. I hope this video brings you a little calm and comfort.
