Rowston Level Crossing, Rowston, Lincolnshire on the Peterborough to Lincoln Line. Location: Main Street, Rowston Date Filmed: 27-08-2020 - Nearest Station: Ruskington - Trains: Class 66 (GB Railfreight) - Featuring: ‪@JTCrossingsUK‬ Also known as Rowston North Level Crossing. Freight train filmed just before midnight, around 23:50 (11:50pm), on the evening of 27th August 2020. Rowston is located between Ruskington and Metheringham stations, south of Lincoln. The area was very quiet at this time, and the freight train could be heard approaching from quite a distance away, even after it had passed. This is probably the latest time I've ever filmed at.
