Flashing Red San Diego Traffic Signals During Construction (Morena Blvd & Milton St)

This video was filmed May 12, 2026. After a few weeks of the traffic signals being left on despite the intersection being closed and a lot of road construction, the city finally came and put the signals here on red flash as well. Doesn't make sense to have the traffic signals operating if no traffic can come through here. Stop signs have also been added as well and I don't understand that because traffic in this video could only go straight through here and that was the only traffic that could go to this intersection. No one could turn, no one could come from the other directions, but maybe it was there in case someone was going to cross the street here.
