🌿💙 A Little Brisbane Bush Magic

There's something wonderfully Brisbane about a Pale-headed Rosella (Platycercus adscitus) perched amongst the grevilleas, its soft yellow head and sky-blue feathers catching the Queensland sunshine. ☀️ While rainbow lorikeets tend to steal the spotlight, this quieter, pastel-coloured local is one of the little treasures of our leafy suburbs and eucalypt woodlands. No need to travel far for a beautiful wildlife encounter. Sometimes Brisbane's best colours are waiting right in our own backyard. 💛🌿 #PaleHeadedRosella #PlatycercusAdscitus #PureNatureAustralia #OMSystem #OM1MarkII #MZuiko50200mmF28
